​Carl W. Duffey 

Carl holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida and has almost 20 years experience working in community and institutional healthcare facilities. In 1999 he transitioned to the field of insurance specializing in the senior market.

Carl is a past President of James River Rotary in Midlothian, VA.  Currently, he is District 7600’s RAGAS Representative with the responsibility of educating the public about human trafficking.  His interest in the fight against human trafficking began eight years ago while listening to a speaker discuss human trafficking at his Rotary Club. Later that year, his Rotary Club wrote a successful grant to support survivors in the Richmond area. For the past six years he has coordinated the almost annual human trafficking symposium held at Brightpoint Community College in Midlothian.  The next symposium is scheduled for February 7.
